Trump announcement China Tariffs going higher and not meeting with Ping created a stampeded slam on the markets. SPX busted right through the 6666.66 line and dropped EXACTLY to my SGB zone! Today, the PUTS made MILLIONS with multi-strikes and this is just the beginning. There is another BIGGER day coming if we bounce back to 6666.66 or Trump makes yet another bombshell annoucement. The SGB zones are the target strike ranges to be in and now that the VIX is back over 20's the cost to play has increased so spreads are the way to participate with smaller accounts.

Last time the SPX dropped like this was back in April 2025, and a couple days later, the SPX exploded up over 400 points after Trump changed his mind, so time to get your fishing orders in place on both sides.

 

Now that SPX has dropped into the lower SGB zone, it could easily see 6500 on Monday, and if that does not hold, I have my zones in place with a potential market correction down to 5800 or the big SGB zone at 5400! We have to keep working the day-to-day moves and with profits you can begin to load OTM strikes for the next time SPX makes a massive move up or down.
